Tribute for Dr. Fred Mullins

In 2008 my then 7 year old son, who is severely Autistic was burned over 75% of this body. Statistics were not on his side but Dr. Mullins & JMS never gave up. Dr. Mullins and the staff at JMS were a huge blessing to me and my family. He once came and sat in that old small surgical waiting room on a Sunday afternoon and explained everything that was going on with my son. I‘m sure he had other things to do but he took a special interest in Joshua and I’m forever grateful. (He even let my other boys, who were 9 & 5 at the time, in to see Joshua the first day he came out of the coma and sat up. They hadn’t seen their brother in five months and they were so happy.).
