Tribute for Dr. Fred Mullins

I first met Dr. Mullins in 2014 after an explosion at my job in Darlington sc. I was flown to JMS burn unit and spent almost two months under his care and the care of the wonderful nurses and staff they have there and every day I wanted to see Dr. Mullins because he made me more confident in my surgeries I had and my future after I was released. I visited him in 2018 and he was still the same Dr. I came to care for because he cared for his patients.
