Thanks to several volunteers, including some of #TeamBRCA, a family of one of our patients recently received household donations to help with their move to Augusta, GA. The call for donations was put out and in less than an hour, the family had everything they needed from furniture to household needs/items.
After a car accident left their loved one recovering at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctor’s Hospital of Augusta, the Italien Desir Family is relocating to Augusta to support them on their road to recovery better.
Special thanks to Original Kings Car Club for assisting with the move, the owner of Veterans Drywall and the team’s president Rafael Aguilar for providing their time, truck and trailer for the move.
