Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America welcomes new Physician Recruiter

Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America is pleased to welcome Juan Alexander as the new Physician Recruiter starting April 25, 2022.

Juan is an experienced sales executive with more than 10-years of experience. Most recently, Juan served as the VP of Physician Recruiting and Development at Health First Physicians, Inc. in Melbourne, FL. He negotiated contracts, developed and evaluated budgets, oversaw daily search and recruitment operations and developed a strategic, long-range medical recruitment/retention plan. Prior to that role, he served as the Director of Primary Care Team at CompHealth and as Senior Area Director of Healthcare for the U.S. Army.

Juan has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Currently, Juan will be graduating in December 2022 with his Master in Health Care Administration (MHA) from Strayer University.
