Sept. 1, 2021—Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America (BRCA) is pleased to officially expand its burn system to include BRCA at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN, the burn system’s seventeenth location nationwide. Owned and operated by TriStar Skyline, BRCA’s world-class physicians and advanced practice providers now provide burn, wound, hand and reconstructive care services to the Nashville area.
As the nation’s largest private physician practice dedicated to burn, reconstructive, wound and hand care, BRCA employs more than 45 physicians and more than 115 advanced practice providers, which ensures each patient experiences a continuity of care across its burn system.
“We are excited to collaborate with TriStar Skyline Medical Center in the development—and now launch—of this burn program,” said Frank Mullins, Chairman and CEO of Burn and Reconstructive Centers of America. “Our commitment is to our patients and giving them back as much of their lives as possible. Continuing to expand our burn system helps ensure we can always help a patient in need so we can set them up for the best possible outcome, no matter their injury or their location.”
The State of Tennessee granted TriStar Skyline Medical Center Certificate of Need (CON) approval to develop a comprehensive burn program in May of this year. TriStar Skyline is committed to achieving American Burn Association (ABA) verification. Currently, Tennessee only has one ABA verified burn center located in Memphis.
